After 2 years of playing World of Warcraft ive decided to come back to FFXI. Took me about 100 trys to Guess the Password to this Account so i can Post on the Forum agen! So i was thinking Can you download Addons/Mods for FFXI like in World of warcraft? Not like cheating just like things that make playing easer. I'm glad I'm back to posting with you guys.

You could if you want to but it would be against the Term of Service you agreed to to play FFXI, so legally you can't, but technically you can.

You could get banned, not saying you will but there's a chance. But the real problem comes when you try to update the game. To change the look of the game you have to alter some of the files and those will have an issue updating when they change.
