Epic’d Out Posts: 6173 Joined: 27 Mar 2004 | I recieved a Personal message earlier from a new member, they wheren't sure as to what the rules of the forums are, after looking around I couldn't find any ever, so I'm here to tell that member and the rest of you what we (the Moderators) will not tolerate.
The Rules
We can and will ban you for any of the following actions, including, but not limited to:
[*] Offensive Posting
Insults toward religion, race, gender, nationality, ethnicity, culture, or any other vulgar or hateful comments.
[*] Insulting Other Users
Insults and name-calling(also known as Flaming) toward a user or their family.
[*] Vulgar Posting
Cursing and using words considered to be vulgar is not allowed. Trying to disguise the word by altering its
spelling or using similar symbols is not allowed either.
[*] Mature Content
Discussing, posting pictures or linking to pornographic material. This includes hentai.
[*] Unmarked Spoilers
Spoilers, such as details about plot, without a warning are not allowed. Topics containing spoilers
must have a clear warning in the topic title or at the beginning of the post.
[*] Spamming
Commercial or personal advertising of websites, money scams, or products.
[*] Flooding and Trolling
Posting multiple topics, posting as a group, and provoking fans of a certain game or system.
[*] Impersonating Users
Claiming to be another user or using a similar account name intended to impersonate them.
[*] Accessing Other Accounts
Trying to access the account of another user without permission.
[*] Signature sizes
Don't go over 400 pixels in width or 150 pixels in hieght, people with dial up or slow internet connections don't like to spend age's waiting for a page to load because somebody decided to use a wallpaper as a signature.
Any posts or topics violating these rules will be deleted or locked without notice. Repeated violations of the rules will result in the loss of your account via a ban, or in extreme cases a disabled account. Extreme violations such as illegal activities or harassment of another user's will also get your account banned.
